Speed Racer Trailer HD!

A few hours ago we posted crappy quality youtube trailer, well the HD version has finally made it’s way down the tubes and it’s in glorious, lossless Quicktime. Now that the trailer is in HD you can have a closer look at all the visual effects and judge for your self.

Does it stay to true to the source?

Does it look too much like a video game?

What do you think?

   It is, most certainly, lossless. It’ just less lossless than YouTube, which isn’t hard to do.

   Well Jason you “kinda” have a point but the H.264 compressions scheme leaves you with a damn near pristine copy. You’ll be hard pressed to find any compression artifacts, edging or muted colors.
