New Speed Racer Images

Yesterday there was some behind the scenes footage of the all new Wachowski’s adaptation of the 60’s anime classic Speed Racer. Today USA Today (see what I did there) has some all new images from the film.

I’m pretty torn and not sure what to think about these shots. Normally I’m all for sticking to the source material but sometimes change is good. These images just leave me not knowing what to think. I was expecting something a bit more modern… Maybe the trailer will ease my mind.
