Rez, Ikaruga Coming to 360 Live Arcade!

With Puzzle Fighter having already arrived, Street Fighter HD coming soon, and Castle Crashers coming sometime next year exactly the list of titles people can be excited for has diminished to a paultry handfull. So what can we look foward to on the Arcade? Well Sega lovers, get this: Rez, the classic music-based shooter of the winding days of the Dreamcast is coming to the Arcade in the first quarter of 2008 with the customary enhanced graphics and 5.1 surround sound. In addition the amazingly addicting side-scrolling shooter Ikaruga, sequel to the Saturn game Radiant Silvergun, will be coming as well, accompanied alongside Trigger Heart Excelica, Every Extended Extra Extreme, Omega Five, and EXIT.

Sounds awesome. I never actually got time to sit down and try Rez myself, but I look foward to adding it to my library soon along with Ikaruga and THE soon.
