Oz Remake Gets Twisted

I wasn’t really going to report on this, but I guess it’s big news to some.

Todd McFarlane and Warner Bros. are remaking, retelling, making a sequel… whatever you want to call what everyone is doing now. They are making a new Oz movie which will be based on the original Books (obviously) and McFarlane’s Twisted Oz toyline from a few years ago.

Personally I think Mcfarlane makes some bad ass toys, however I think he’s incredibly hacky as far as comics and original ideas go. Hopefully they can make something cool, but my hopes aren’t very high.

In an interesting note, our first story ever was about Twisted Oz the very toy line that has inspired this remake.
