C&C 3 Kain’s Wrath Expansion Announced

Debuted on EA’s Battlecast Command and Conquer 3 podcast today, in addition to revealing an upcoming patch for the game a new expansion was shown dubbed Kain’s Wrath, scheduled for release in early 2008. This new entry will follow Kain’s return to power after the end of C&C2 all the way through the end of C&C3 and beyond. With the game will come new units for each faction as well as new subfactions that will have their own individual strengths. The expansion will be simultaneously released on the PC and Xbox 360, though no word on whether the 360 version will be downloadable content or a full retail disc.
