Resident Evil 5 Details

The new amazing E3 trailer for Resident Evil 5 has everyone talking and taking and guessing what’s going on. Luckily Famitsu’s come along to shed some light and give us a few answers.

We can now confirm that the main character is in fact Chris Redfield, who now works for a company called the BSAA. Set 10 years after the fist game, We’ll get some answers on unresolved issues though Chris’s back story. Along with Chris there will be a “Familiar” female character that fans will recognize (Jill?).

The game will play a lot like Resident Evil 4, but will feature some new unannounced game play. There is also a Light and Dark play mechanic that effects the way the player sees. There are no Zombies in this game yet again, nor are they Los Grandos from RE4, they are smarter and more human like.

Apparently the trailer being posted at the end of the month will reveal much more then the short and quick E3 trailer.
