Smallville

Warner Home Video has made a minor change to the cover art for Smallville - The Complete 5th Season (Sept. 12 release). The art layout we’ve shown you previously (most recently at the bottom of our story with the press release) remains unchanged, but the background color has shifted from a dark green to a more blue-ish tone. We approve: the green has a vague feeling of Kryptonite to it, while the blue is of course one of the primary colors you see on Supes!

Much better! It makes the characters stand out more and separates the background from the foreground.. the previous cover art didn’t have such definition, and it all kind of flattened out.. plus I didn’t like that old muddy color they had before.

The cover is really cool. you can see the Daily Planet in the back round which is cool. cause that is were most of the story takes place. and Lex is in the back which protrays him as a Villan.
