It just came to my attention via Twitch that WETA Workshop, who has been doing concept work for a live action Neon Genesis Evangelion movie for some time now, had added some production art to their online galleries. There is some pretty decent looking stuff in there, so check it out. I don’t know how cohesive a live action EVA movie would be, considering the amount of content there is to cram into a feature length film. The project is currently on hold, but if this does get made I’ll look forward to seeing how it translates to the big screen.
