Word on the web is that Juggernaut has been confirmed as one of the villains in the third X-men film, along with Jean Grey’s alter ego, Dark Phoenix. Apparently actor Vinnie Jones (Snatch, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrells) has been in talks with friend and X3 Director Matthew Vaughn to star as the unstoppable foe. AICN broke the news that Jones was seen in the X3 offices, and it was later confirmed that he was indeed in talks to appear in the film. They couldn’t pick a cooler baddie to pop in this flick, but hopefully they won’t totally change him in the same disappointing way they changed previous X-villains (Sabretooth, Deathstrike, etc).
