This is some truly AWESOME news… I was kinda excited when I first heard that Nintendo had licensed its Metroid franchise to be made into a movie. I was very apprehensive though… Hollywood usually doesn’t know what to do with videogame licenses… (House Of The Dead anyone???). My tune has changed, John Woo is now producing the film with an option to direct.
This movie could be the shot in the arm the big N needs.
